Enjoy curries, fried rice, sushi, soups and of course delicious noodle dishes with us - because "Nooch" means "munching noodles". The quality and freshness of the ingredients are very important to us. We only cook vegetables and herbs very briefly because this preserves the natural vitamins. So that the diversity of our ingredients comes into its own, we don't cook too spicy and we don't use glutamate, cream or butter and hardly any animal fat.
