A different café, a socio-cultural café! The Tunnel therefore aims to be a socio-cultural café, tolerant and accessible to all. What does this mean? In a world experiencing profound crises, including that of living together, it is less a question of building an institutional project than of establishing a flexible, friendly, lively place, which allows spontaneous meetings and exchanges that can be complementary to actions classic social. Thus the cultural dimension will come under various partnerships, implemented by the Bouillon de Culture association in charge of programming the Tunnel. Several areas aimed at various audiences will be developed. “Hanging” menus and drinks are made available free of charge to people without financial means (paid for by other customers whose income and generosity allow).
