Designed in a typical Parisian style, Brasserie Grand-Chêne at Lausanne Palace has captured the charm of the past. Green leather benches, polished parquet flooring, brass ornaments and a solid wooden staircase give it a pleasantly classic and somewhat theatrical atmosphere.
